(1) Inspection and maintenance of the compressor. It is generally carried out once every three years, mainly to check whether the inlet and exhaust pressure meet the requirements, whether the fasteners are loose, and whether there is air leakage.
(2) Inspection and maintenance of the condenser and its cooling fan. It is generally carried out once a year. The main maintenance content is to thoroughly clean or clean the impurities and dust on the surface of the condenser, repair the heat sink of the condenser with a flat paddle, carefully check whether there is any abnormality on the condenser surface, and check the refrigerant with a leak detector. (3) Inspection and maintenance of the evaporator. Generally, leak detection should be carried out once a year with a leak detector, and the evaporator cover should be removed every 2 to 3 years, and the inside of the evaporator should be cleaned to remove debris in the air supply channel.
(4) Replacement of storage dryer. Under normal use of Automobile Air Conditioners, a liquid storage dryer is generally replaced every 3 years. If the system enters moisture due to improper use, it should be replaced in time.
(5) The maintenance of the expansion valve is generally to check whether its operation is normal and whether the opening is appropriate every 1 to 2 years. If it is not normal, it should be replaced or adjusted appropriately.
(6) Maintenance of refrigeration system pipelines: ①Pipe joints: check once a year, and check the sealing condition with a leak detector. ② Refrigeration system connecting pipe: check whether it collides with other parts, check whether the hose is aging or cracked, and generally replace the hose every 3 to 5 years.
(7) Inspection and maintenance of driving mechanism:
①V-belt: Check the tension and wear condition every 100h of use, and replace it with a new one after three years of use.
② Tensioner and bearing: check once a year and add lubricating oil.
(8) Refrigerating oil replacement. Generally check or replace every two years or so. When there is a large leak in the pipeline, the refrigerant should be checked or refilled in time. If there is a phenomenon of replacing parts during the use of the system, the remaining amount of refrigerating oil should be checked and the loss should be made up for the total amount of 230±10ml.
(9) Inspection and replacement of safety devices. High and low pressure switches and other safety devices related to whether the air conditioning system can work safely and reliably should generally be inspected once a year and replaced every five years.
